    I like giving burgers a nice direct fire sear.

    If I’m firing up charcoal, my burgers are gonna taste like charcoal. I could see doing this for pancakes maybe.

    So much better than a Blackstone in my opinion. I do the same thing! You get a nice sear, and a bit of smoke!
