Both offers end on March 10th.
Posted with more details nine days ago. Back then, the Original Line offer was supposed to end on the 8th of March. Ending on the 10th makes more sense.
Edit: the actual end date of the Original Line offer might not be the 10th, after all. If they can make an error like the one reported by another Reddit member who was offered $30.00 off a $100.00 purchase of OL capsules, I can’t trust them at all. I remember the time they posted about a capsule that everybody wanted to come back ending up being a glitch or a hoax. Get your act together, Nespresso!!!

The promo I’m waiting for is the GWP (Gift with Purchase) starting on the 19th of March. purchase minimum of 9 VL sleeves or 13 OL sleeves to get a large capsule canister. It’s the one size that doesn’t get offered as much as the medium or small. In fact, it might not have ever been offered here in Canada, as a GWP.
There’s also a promo that is going to be an app only. Spend $150.00 of coffee to get two Gran Lungo Origin Cups.
Oh, a little update. The third tier to the VL promo, where 18 sleeves gets you 5 sleeves. It was a minimum of 20 sleeves at one point.
Why oh why did they not include VL in the rebate offer?

On March 12th, there will be a BOGO on chocolates. I’m looking forward to more Caramel. They make great gifts. It’s boutique only.
