3.13?
Due to a scheduling change, I had to make my Pi Day pizza a day early. I guess the silver lining was that we got to eat a pizza a day early so I'm not too upset about it.
This is a 20" plain pizza with the sauce on top. I went with a little higher thickness factor on this one at about .088 instead of the typical .083 that I usually prefer. 24 hour cold proof but still had quite a bit of flavor. I don't bake anywhere near as many pizzas as I used to, so I stay in a constant state of "out of practice" but I make do, lol.
Grande wm motz, black pepper, Stanislaus 7/11s (tomatoes, salt, sugar oregano & carolina reaper powder) Finished with some grated parm and a dash of pizza seasoning because that's all I have atm. Baked in an ooni at with a floor temp of 715°F for 6 minutes (4 of which was with the flame off).
Happy early Pi Day everyone!
