CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A new-to-market fast-casual restaurant chain has opened its first Ohio location in Greater Cincinnati.
Cava (NYSE: CAVA), a Washington, D.C.-based Mediterranean-inspired brand, opened Friday, March 13, in the former Holtman’s Donuts location at 3356 Madison Road in Oakley. The doughnut shop closed in July 2025 after a five-year run.
The Courier first reported on Cava’s plans to open the restaurant last December.
