For whatever reason, I absolutely love cilantro. To an obsessive degree tbh. My kids have taken to it as well. Initially, they were like “ahw hell nah”, but these days these little vultures will literally creep into the kitchen to steal whole stalks, dip them into the stew I’m cooking and eat them straight like chips and dip.
Ofc, now I have to share my cilantro. But I did gain a shared love with my tiny humans.. give and take..
Plus, now I have a couple of gremlins that not only help to clean and break down cilantro, but they also echo the devil on my shoulder when I audibly ponder to myself, *“hmmm, that’s probably enough cilantro,* ***buuut*** *I* ***coouuld*** *add more; we do have a a couple more bundles.”*
They chime in with, *”yea let’s add more! Let’s just add all of it!”* ❤️
