I don’t have the strength to cook after work so I prepare my ramen on my days off. Keep it stored in the fridge and microwave it when I get back home.

    I do events in a food truck that is limited on space. Been doing ramen specials and without par boiling the noodles it wouldn’t be possible! Love this trick.
