I put this baby on at 11 last night (3/13) and it cooked until about 4 pm and this thing was falling apart! Bone fell right out of it when I picked it up out of the cooler to shred. Made it for carnitas tacos and they’re awesome.

Cooked it at 225 from 11pm last night until 3 pm today. 16 hours and it was perfection.
I literally just put a pork shoulder on ours a few minutes ago! Looks great!
