Hello! Picked up this "classic" gimbap and it was great, I'm just not sure what this is? I'd like to try to make some myself! Thank you!

    Fishcake?? I love it and I bet that’s what it is!!! You can buy it in the freezer section at HMart. Cut some up and stir fry with gochujang and honey and onions.

  2. Fishcake fried in soy marinade. I usually get Wang Korea fishcakes, there a lot of bad brands that use way too much flour in their ingredients so it just falls apart and gets mushy.

    Eomuk from the flat sheet variety. A quick simmer or stir fry in a honey, soy sauce, sesame oil mixture. Great in kimbap or as a banchan dish.
