I had to scrape the bowl and the beater just to get 1tbsp to do the tiny bottom boarder – it just felt unfinished without something there. Wanted to do a boarder with the same tip I used on the top but I massively miscalculated 😅 but glad that I don’t have to waste any leftovers!
So anyways here this lemon blueberry cake topped (and filled) with lemons curd and blueberry compote – and a tiny bit of edible gold leaf just because 🙂

Killer. Lemon and blueberry goes so hard right now. Been on a kick lately. Did lemon cookies filled with blueberry compote last week, then just did some blueberry crumble bars with lemon Zest. So good
