HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A Honolulu sushi restaurant highlights its menu along with daily dining options for customers.

Co-owners Aaron Lin and Wen Jie say their menu at Kanoya Sushi begins with a focus on fresh fish used in sushi and other dishes.

The Japanese restaurant known for their famous appetizer, Lady Fingers. This dish includes four pieces of eel, cream cheese and spicy kani wrapped in fresh salmon sashimi, drizzled with mayo and topped with masago and scallions.

“We use the best quality fish,” says Aaron Lin, one of the owners of Kanoya Sushi. The restaurant is located on 1680 Kapiolani Blvd across the convention center. Parking directly in front of the restaurant is free and building parking is available for $2.

Lunch special starts at $13.95 and includes miso soup and two sushi rolls. Happy hour runs from 4:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. and includes a sushi roll and draft beer for $15.
