    I know a lot of steakhouses have made the transition but we need to move on from grill marks to an even maillard as a society 😭

    Nice! Every steak I had in the UK was cooked to congratulations. I started asking for rare just to hopefully get medium. I think maybe the steaks are too thin is a contributing factor.
