Mackerel bruschetta for lunch

Tomatoes mixed with basil, coriander, Shallots, spring onions and a lemon dressing. Then chard mackerel ontop with a dollop of pesto mayo, all sat on garlic rubbed sour dough. Was bloody bangin !!
