I love mayak gyeran and everyone I know loves deviled eggs. I add kewpie mayo, musaengchae, danmuji, scallion, and some of the marinade to the mashed yolks. Sprinkle gochugaru, toasted sesame seeds and scallions on top.

    Yooo I’m all for this! I’ve never even thought about doing deviled eggs using jammy yolk, but this sounds better. Besides eating this with plain rice, I’d love this as accompaniment to 불닭볶음면 for relief.

    Eggs simply in any Korean dish is just fabulous!

    My fav way to incorporate eggs is Jang jorim (장조림) or just Korean pickled veggies w/ jalapeño or Serrano and adding eggs!
