Thought this was amusing. Guy travels to the US, dumps a shitton of spicy salsa on his tacos, has a bad reaction because he couldn’t be asked either to read or to bother tasting a small amount first, and then tries to sue over it. Gets laughed out of court, naturally.

Has anyone been to this place, though? Makes me kind of want to try them.

Hope he didn’t actually pay for a lawyer.. 🤣

Self admitting you have a known issue with spicy food, and then didn’t take any steps to inquire about heat levels and just dumped it on…

Amazes me what people think is going to fly in court

Imagine being in a foreign county and using their legal system to sue someone cause something was too spicy

I’m sure other people have eaten here and can confirm:

It’s legit the best taco I’ve ever had outside of the southwest

  10. Need to cancel this guy’s visa. Leave the “sue everyone for anything” to us. LOL

I’ve always made the statement you can sue anyone for almost anything. Doesn’t mean it will get very far in a reasonable court of law
