Butter Bean Tagine with Taboulleh

This is from the bold bean co. cookbook. I really rated it, and it will be in my regular rotation from now on. £3.50 is eye watering do a jar of beans but I think the difference is worth it.

My first time making Taboulleh, or using bulgar wheat at all in fact. Really refreshing, will be making big batches of this in summer for barbecues and stuff. The pomegranate seeds really add to it.
