Would I? Yeah. I’ll try most things at least once as long as they’re not like… Giant Scorpion on a stick. And I’m not adverse to insects either, but some things are just a flat-out no. I’ve had crickets before that were pretty damn good and would eat them again.
My only issue with this is that if the noodles aren’t done perfectly to the right doneness, then they’re just going to be soggy, greasy and mealy.
I’d try it though. And if it was done well, I’d smash it.
But we’re in r/stupidfood, so I’m almost 100% sure they weren’t cooked right.

It slid off the table, floor’s covered in gore. Then my poor meatball rolled out of the door.
It rolled in the garden, noodles caught in a bush. Then my poor meatball was nothing but mush.
The mush was so tasty, and the noodles! Oh, gee. Then early next summer, it grew into a tree.
So if you want spaghetti, covered with meatball, hold on to your china, and don’t ever sneeze.

i mean in theory you could get a slice, and just mix up the layer of beef with the pasta and get more traditional spaghetti. so yeah i guess.
though i think this needed to be cooked for longer, some of the inner parts are kinda pink.
