Made some skewers and some beef jerkey out of a couple of prime tri-tips from costco. Too pretty to pass up at 12.50/lb. Didnt get a pic before i cut them up unfortunately but marbling speaks for itself. Skewers with Montreal seasoning. Jerkey with kikoman teriyaki madinade.

Those look so choice! My favorite steak.
Have done the same prime tt jerky & ended up a bit sad how little it made a difference – vs lesser cost steak.
looks amazing! just be aware the high fat jerky will spoil quicker.
if you add some sesame seeds next time to the jerky you won’t regret it!
