I don’t care if I did get off work at 5PM. Nothing is stopping me from pounding a few Guinness and eating a smoked pastrami Ruben sandwich today.

    If you’re eating a Rueben are you northerner or east coast??? I transplanted to Tx from MT and introduced my wife to Rueben’s 🤣. Haven’t found a good one here yet. But my wife’s aunt knows some folks in New York and they sent some deli meats and soup down from NY for a funeral. I was in absolute heaven. None of them knew what any of the selections were and I was explaining the choices to them as they just scratched their heads. Their loss my gain!!!!

    I made my pastrami Sunday night and vacuum sealed it. Dropped it in the sous vide when I got home and got it warmed up in time for dinner.
