One sliced red onion
Two sliced cloves of garlic
Lil grip of peppercorns
Half cup water
Half cup vinegar
Pinch of salt and sugar

Bring the liquid to a boil and pour over the onions garlic and pepper!

I have no idea how long this actually lasts for, it doesn't usually survive more than about 5 days before the next batch!
