is that spoons premium plate? 14 quid though is that normal or airport pricing?

That looks really nice. Captive audience pricing, but I’d be happy to be served that. Top marks on the toast.
WholeConnect5004
This looks pretty well cooked for a spoons, good colour all round with an orange yolk
Embarrassed-Sky1634
For a spoons and for an airport, that looks decent, if it was given to me not at an airport I’d expect to pay about a tenner, but they have you by the balls sadly
cactusdan94
To be fair, this is pretty solid for airport pricing

Three things Not a bad brekky for an airport How do you share ? Thats not a spoons plate ?
ApplicationSouth8844
They should get proper butter.
Soggy-Sky3888
Not a lot bigger than a standard Spoons breakfast, one catering sausage and a hash brown maybe, but double the price
ReepDaggle01
Looks very tasty. Bit overpriced but to be expected at an airport
Gertsky63
I did smash that, but the next day it smashed my arse. Take care

People are calling out overpriced – but breakfast and a couple of drinks £20-£25 is a lot cheaper than an oversubscribed lounge.

Got the same thing except 2 sausages for 6.56 at our closest one 5 miles away. One 7 miles away it is 6.55.

Kindly explain this “sharing” concept of which you speak 🤔

I flew out of Gatwick N Singapore Airlines business class last week, and we were given entry to one of the pay to enter lounge. I regretted not just going to the spoons which looked excellent, and this makes me convinced. Price wise its just the cost of doing anything at an airport, but this looks absolutely fine.

Airport prices are obscene. Large spoons brekkie is less that £8
BHxnt2
Fucking ridiculous airport pricing
Alternative-Yak1316
Looks pretty good I must admit
Glittering-Winner324
Why do they always bump up rates at airports, rail stations and motorway cafe … Looks decent but price extortionate as always….

Those sausages look banging !
Who-Raa
More plastic in the sausage than the ocean
Freakillion
£6.59 for that at my local Wetherspoons, £1.15 for an extra sausage. Mad they charge double at such locations
wehttamman
Expensive, but it does at least look nice
Big_Distribution_481
That’s not the best, but it’s better than the Gordon Ramsey breakfast posted yesterday and cheaper
ryanm8655
Decent for an airport.
Fun_Seaworthiness_58
Pleasantly surprised
NoEase6955
Top egg ever so slightly underdone. Would upset me at this price
BeachCritical457
nice healthy meal
ElegantEffect3616
Did the sausages “snap”? The skin looks so good and crisp
Garconavecunreve
Plastic packaging, probably having been handled by 5 different people and debatable sanitary measures straight onto the egg…

As soon as I saw the word Airport I was expecting a horror show. That actually looks like a fairly decent breakfast and not totally over the odds either. I guess its the 5 pints you have with it in spoons that pushes up the costs lol
