agree. got a three pack of matouk’s flavors awhile back. their product differentiation is using aged/pickled chiles for a hot and sour flavor. delicious and recommended. the calypso bottle above is a mustard hot sauce. not for all applications but amazing where mustard is appropriate.

I’m intrigued. I read that user comment that this is kind of a spicy mustard type sauce? Yellow or brown? Is this for hot dogs or sandwiches? What do yall use it on?

Matouks (I forget which flavor) is one of the most lingering insanely hot sauces I’ve ever had. And I love it.
