Palm Beach’s dining scene has never been more vibrant, but one restaurant is reminding the island where its social dining culture first began. At Cucina Palm Beach, the beloved Italian restaurant is embracing its roots while ushering in a new chapter of timeless style.

Since reopening in 2017, Cucina Palm Beach has steadily reclaimed its place as one of the island’s most celebrated dining destinations.  Chef Kent’s inventive Italian cuisine and expertly crafted cocktails have long been favorites on the island.

For more than two decades, Cucina helped define Palm Beach’s supper club culture. Now, the restaurant is returning to that spirit, embracing the elements that made it an island institution.

The music has shifted back to the classics, with Sinatra, jazz, and timeless standards setting the tone for the evening. Meanwhile, the dining room has been refreshed with brighter interiors.

At the center of Cucina’s revival is a new monthly culinary series called Off the Menu, in which visiting chefs collaborate for one-night-only dinners that push beyond traditional menus. These events celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and the relationships that have long fueled Palm Beach’s culinary community.

The next dinner takes place on March 25, featuring the team from Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar in the Nora District — the first of several collaborations designed to bring the local dining scene back to the table. For more visit cucinapalmbeach.com.
