Novotel Vijayawada Varun has introduced an Italian Food Festival at G Bar, bringing regional Italian cuisine to the city through a curated dining experience.

The experience is built around a table d’hôte menu supported by live culinary counters.
The menu draws inspiration from regions including Tuscany, Sicily, Naples, and Emilia-Romagna.
Guests will be served dishes such as Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Arancini Balls with marinara sauce, a Trio of Bruschetta featuring tomato basil, guacamole, and roasted pepper, and Risotto Alla Milanese.
The menu also includes Chicken Involtini, roasted chicken with feta and olive-stuffed ravioli in basil pesto sauce, followed by Classic Tiramisu.

Live counters add interactive element
Live culinary counters form a key part of the experience.
