IL Fiorello Olive Oil Company has earned 23 medals across three prestigious olive oil competitions in New York City, Los Angeles, and at the California State Fair, the company announced recently.
IL Fiorello’s 2026 medals include:
1 Best of Class
13 Gold Medals
7 Silver Medals
2 Bronze Medals
1 A Cut Above – Design competition from Los Angeles
“These medals are a testament to our team’s year-round dedication to quality and craftsmanship,” said Ann & Mark Sievers, owners of IL Fiorello. “Our team’s commitment to growing and milling organic olive is being recognized around the world.”
The Sievers and their team now await results from international competitions in Italy, Japan, and Israel, saying their team’s commitment to craftsmanship has earned them rankings in the top ten for quality, worldwide.
IL Fiorello’s Community Blend was one of the gold medal recipients and the company said the victory is “incredibly special” because it represents more than100 community millers who take part in the annual Community Milling Days in October and November each year. IL Fiorello has hosted the tradition for more than 17 years.
