
So weird, i have some that have come out perfectly, some cracked on top and some have no base and others have half a base! Howwwww they were all the same batch and in the oven at the same time.
Any trouble shooting would be much appreciated 👏

Location on the pan and in the oven will affect cooking, so those in the middle will cook different than those on the side
You may have had some with more or less air bubbles than others as well. I rotate my pan when I slap it to try and get all of the air out
It looks like the batter was probably a little bit thin and also the oven temp seems to be a bit off. What temp were they baked off at and is it a convection oven?
Rotate the pan in the oven halfway through the cooking time.
