I work at a coffee roasters as a wholesale manager. I do preventative maintenance on our customers machines. I’ve seen some shit, but this is by far the worst I’ve seen. I was a barista for 10 years and if I ever saw a cafe with screens like this, I’d run. It’s not that hard to soak and clean screens. And the amount of times customers have to pay $$$$ out of pocket because their group heads get clogged. Just needed to rant.
