Le Beaulieu’s ‘Rendez-vous’ series spotlights Michelin-star guest chefs working in tandem with Chef Charles to produce one-of-a-kind gastronomic experiences. First launched in 2024, it has quickly become one of the Vietnamese capital’s premier fine-dining experiences.

With a 125-year legacy, Le Beaulieu is believed to be the oldest continuously operating restaurant in Vietnam. While century-old classics such as lobster bisque and crêpes Suzette are served with traditional guéridon service, Le Beaulieu also showcases modern French haute cuisine with subtle Vietnamese influences.
