MANAYUNK (WPVI) — Julie Brami is the baker and owner of French bakery L’Atelier
Julie hosts hands-on cooking classes during the week and on weeknights in Manayunk. Her specialties include French pastries and breads, such as croissants and French baguettes, as well as chocolate soufflés and other desserts.
Julie grew up in France and says her love of baking comes from baking with her grandmother as a child.
This past November, Julie opened cooking classes for L’Atelier Bakery in her new ghost kitchen. Her goal is to bring people together to create community through cooking.
She hopes to open for retail in February, but in the meantime, she will release pre-order dessert boxes every Friday until she can open for retail.
