It’s wild how quickly this hobby can escalate, but man it brings me so much joy every morning. Crazy how much better espresso is at home vs what cafes are serving.

Lol the dosing cup on the p100 is hilarious. How’d you get the Weber blind shaker to work? Did Lagom finally flip the polarity of their magnets? I had to grind mine out (on the shaker) with a dremel.

Very nice. I like your comment about home vs cafes, I’ve been making coffee at home increasingly over the last 10-15 years, and as I’ve gotten better at it I have to agree that it’s harder to justify paying for it outside of home.
