going by the portions something tells me your clients arent big fans of vegetables and you have to keep being creative to include them in your dishes 😂
I recommend McCormick Poultry seasoning for turkey And maybe chicken! Best for Thanksgiving but can be combined with other things, but it goes Best with poiltry! And if uou add some paprika you get the costco/Safeway flavor in the hot whole chickens!! Maybe a tiny pinch more thyme** 🧐🤔😁👍🏻💙👏🏻🤷🏼 #imho
Tarragon is a very easy to grow at least where I live. I planted some in my herb garden and gave up watering it after my dog trampled everything else… the only thing that killed it was a freeze, and the second it got up to 60 outside again, it started growing back.
You need to understand that Mary's chicken is mostly marketing and that you need to be careful with which label you get not all Mary's chicken is the same
One sandy bite of spinach and the whole meal is ruined – he says. Well, forget about clam chowder, I guess. Or mussels marinara. If you can't tolerate one or a few grains of sand, or a tiny eggshell in your eggs, I think it's best to just give up on life. Because you will be forever disappointed.

I know your a chef, but that's not what de-glazing is. In this case you were just adding white wine to the pan not de-glazing.
