  2. Omg made these today!!! Worked out so well! Absolutely gorgeous bread. Like we made two batches and it's fool proof. So we ended up with these flavors….Reg. Cinnamon sugar, blueberry, and one pan just topped with bagels of different flavors…wish I could share photos. These were so amazing. Thank you.

  3. These are great. Made them today. They came out a bit softer than I expected, more likes a bun.
    Is there a modification to make them a bit more chewy?
    Note: I live in New Jersey, I'm looking for something like our/NY bagels.
