I will always put forth that raw onions are forever superior, but I see why many folks don’t agree.
I once knew someone who literally couldn’t digest raw onions due to sulfur compounds present when they’re raw. The result = violently sick – but as soon as those babies are fried or sautéd, she couldn’t get enough.

Tomato too, I find that one pretty fun because it’s seemingly pretty often that people who say they dont like tomatoes say their favorite food is like pizza or spaghetti and meatballs or french fries with ketchup
