Woke up, cupboards were basically in hospice care, but the fry-up vibe was strong. So I abided.
Couple things before the rules lawyers arrive:
Sausages were frozen Tesco ones. Not ideal, but they showed up.
Tater tots instead of hash browns. New shit has come to light.
Bacon was grilled — crispy, not cremated.
Milk was running on fumes. Two teas, one thimble of milk.
No black pudding. Sometimes you don’t get the hero you deserve.
Last two eggs.
Last two slices of bread (one was a crust — it’s a tough world out there).
Toast on a side plate.
Coasters used. I’m not a monster.
Tesco delivery turned up ten minutes after we finished, which feels very un-Dude, frankly.
Anyway… the fry-up really tied the morning together. 🥓🍳☕
