Just reminiscing about this dish.
Super simple prep but so delicious. The way it’s able to be that savory without it being salty is honestly mind blowing.
In hindsight, I should’ve went again the following day cuz my flight was delayed and would’ve had plenty of time, but no I just HAD to be safe and leave early 😭

Man it looks amazing.
Jaws dropped. Thanks for sharing!
Just a small correction, the menu you documented is called bibim “mae-mil-myeon” which translates to mixed “buckwheat noodles”.
“Mil-myeon” is a Busan specialty characterized with chewy flour-based noodles.
The preparation of the dish is quite simple if you have the ingredients (they aren’t all too hard to find in most asian grocery stores!).
