This is my recreation of a pizza from Best Pizza in Brooklyn. It has lemon ricotta, sesame seeded crust, fresh parsley, and the best addition which is caramelized onions. In my opinion it’s perfect. The onions add such a sweet flavor. Just wanted to share my favorite pizza. The onions are the star of the show!
