Ordered a new Vertuo Plus from Amazon – it came so used, it needed descaling!

Wow guys I am so surprised there are people like this out there. They put an old machine that needed descaling, added new items on it – like film on a water tank and new stand – and apparently returned it! And I ordered it in a price of new. Wonder what did the scam returner need from that. Maybe they didn’t figure out descaling and switched with new?
