Simply listed as "gyro meat" on the menu board in the store. (It's a mix of beef and lamb). Some lettuce, onions (I think it was a mix of red and white), tatziki sauce, a sprinkle of paprika and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Served in a pita.
This was $7.99 at place in suburban Dallas, TX
Pretty tasty. Meat well seasoned. I thought it was a decent amount of food for the money compared to getting a burger from one of the big chains. It feels healthier too, even if it probably isn't in reality.
I've been enjoying these types of sandwiches for weekend lunches recently. I'll keep trying more in this general genre.

The longer I hang around this sub the more I realize that people will call literally anything a sandwich.

Their Gyro fries are amazing! I stop by regularly for a quick bite to eat, friendly folks too.
Ate here for the first time a few days ago. Agree with both. The fries are incredible and the gyro is very good.
This is more like a wrap which is not a sandwich in my opinion but it looks absolutely amazing though.
