Dhal. You can find an infinite number of recipes to suit any preference and current ingredients you have

I saw Alex who posts on Facebook as maclarena puts blended lentils in her apple muffins to add extra nutrients.

Inserts the *shove it up your butt* gif from the office

Idk about you, but I’d eat those lol

Organize a Lentil Soup party. Everyone gets a cup or two of lentils, and come back on the weekend date with soup to share. Even better if people go for different versions.

I heard they’re great for putting inside valve stems to flatten tires

You can mix it with rice and quinoa

Lentil loaf! I made this a ton when I was vegan and it’s so yummy. Minimalist Baker has the best recipe, as always. You can also use lentils as a meat replacement in stuff like tacos, spaghetti sauce, etc. Similar texture and absorbs seasoning really well.

Look up the recipe for Masr Daal. You will not regret the outcome !

Pair with white basmati rice and you’re looking at a weekly staple

There’s so many recipes you can do with them. Just search a bit on Youtube or Google. I personally like them in cream soups, stews, veggy-balls etc

Boil a cup of them with three cups of water. Dice an onion and a tomato. Add salt and paprika. Finish it with some avocado on top or fried plantain (trust me).

Throw them into the fire place and have Cinderella pick them out with a promise that she can go to the ball if she gets them all but then go back on your promise at the last minute.

I use lentils and mushrooms instead of ground beef in my lasagna.

Soak it, put it in earth, care about and harvest 10 times the amount.

These should keep for a long time, so I’d just add a small amount every time I made pasta or rice etc and they’d slowly disappear
