Every Sunday I make sushi for my partner and daughter. Usually depends on our mood and what flavors were in the mood for, tonight it was salmon heavy with flavors ranging from torched salmon/tuna/yellowtail to spicy krab mix 🙂

As always everything is my own, make my own sauces. salmon and tuna come from costco.

    Fantastic, my house also had a sushi Sunday for a while, it’s less now but same vibes. I used to make it pretty like that, now we do it bar style and I make it on one side of the island and put out rolls as they come and they crush them. Sushi at home is the best when you have your game up, and your game looks up!

    Our household also had a weekly sushi Sundays for a while. So much so that we would walk up to the fish store counter and get “the usual.”
