Hinodeya Ramen Bar in Little Tokyo
the ramen was good, we got the house hinodeya ramen with pork. My boyfriend devoured his (he didn't want ramen supposedly lmao) It was decent ramen, my favorite was the mushrooms in the broth sooo soo yummy!!!
but the appetizers we got were my absolute favorite, im still thinking abt those Hinodeya cucumbers HOURS later. Thinking of buying the ingredients to make them at home since its so simple. Spicy edamame was absolutely delicious, that sauce they used was putting in work!!
Strawberry Nigori was realllyyyy reallyyy good as well. It has a strong alc taste in the first shot but after the first one it definitely is easier to drink and you mainly taste the strawberries. Also it is very clearly real strawberries being used it genuinely is not SWEET sweet like a artificial strawberry flavoring. the description says its nigori sake with natural strawberry juice added and i believe it!!
anyways would recommend this place. the ambiance is also very quaint and chic too. great for date nights
