
Part 1: The Marshmallow Base
Ingredients:
1 cup Inositol
1/2 cup Water
3 tbsp Gelatin
Vanilla extract (to taste)
Stevia (to taste)
Instructions:
Blend: Blitz the inositol into a fine powder.
Dissolve: Mix the powdered inositol into the water.
Thicken: Add the gelatin and whisk thoroughly.
Flavor: Add vanilla and stevia to your preferred sweetness.
Set: Pour into a tray and refrigerate until firm.
Part 2: The Chocolate Coating
Ingredients:
100g Beef tallow
100g Cream
60g Cocoa powder
Stevia (to taste)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Melt & Combine: Gently heat the beef tallow and cream together.
Mix: Whisk in the cocoa powder, stevia, and salt until smooth.
Assemble: Cut the chilled marshmallow into cubes and fold them into the chocolate mixture (ensure the chocolate isn't too hot, or it will melt the marshmallow).
Final Set: Pour the mixture into a tray and refrigerate until solid.

I’m curious to know how many grams are in 1 cup of inositol? Googling inositol seems to indicate 18 grams is a ‘safe’ dosage. So one would need to know how many grams are in that one cup in order to determine how many grams each piece of fudge has in it …
