​Part 1: The Marshmallow Base

​1 cup Inositol
​1/2 cup Water
​3 tbsp Gelatin
​Vanilla extract (to taste)
​Stevia (to taste)
​Instructions:
​Blend: Blitz the inositol into a fine powder.
​Dissolve: Mix the powdered inositol into the water.
​Thicken: Add the gelatin and whisk thoroughly.
​Flavor: Add vanilla and stevia to your preferred sweetness.
​Set: Pour into a tray and refrigerate until firm.
​Part 2: The Chocolate Coating
​Ingredients:
​100g Beef tallow
​100g Cream
​60g Cocoa powder
​Stevia (to taste)
​Pinch of salt
​Instructions:
​Melt & Combine: Gently heat the beef tallow and cream together.
​Mix: Whisk in the cocoa powder, stevia, and salt until smooth.
​Assemble: Cut the chilled marshmallow into cubes and fold them into the chocolate mixture (ensure the chocolate isn't too hot, or it will melt the marshmallow).
​Final Set: Pour the mixture into a tray and refrigerate until solid.

  1. I’m curious to know how many grams are in 1 cup of inositol? Googling inositol seems to indicate 18 grams is a ‘safe’ dosage. So one would need to know how many grams are in that one cup in order to determine how many grams each piece of fudge has in it …
