I recently upgraded my Lelit to the La Pavoni Cellini. Adjusted the OPV to 8.5 bar and added the group head thermometer. These upgrades gets the La Pavoni very close to an end game home setup. I find the group head thermometer to be a game changer, and much more accurate to any PIDs I used before. I can get actual extraction temperature dailed in to the decimal, not having to worry about offsets. This improved shots a lot. Its a very hands on machine, not for anyone that wants coffee at the press of a button. DF64 upgraded with Ti burrs, still a very solid grinder, never missed a beat in years. Also very consistent, once dialed in my shots stays within parameters. Comandante upgraded with the Redclix axle, I prefer this grinder when using more complex beans.
