It's that time of year when I really crave fresh peppers. For me, super hot pizzas are the best way. I could eat an XL now. And you, how do you eat them?

Excellent. I’m not able to do superhots directly, but I love slices of fresh habanero on a cracker with cream cheese.

Pizza is by far one of my favorite delivery vehicles for superhots. I also enjoy them on tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. Sandwiches are good too. Also stir fry and ramen. Oh and pasta. Ok, y’know what, I just put them on everything when I have them.

I made a fresh tomato sandwich last summer with a fresh pockmark on it and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten.
