I love hot sauce because I can keep it in my center console and any fast food is instantly elevated.
I will ask, what is the major differences between the Yucateco red versus the green? Maybe it’s been a while, but they both seem to taste the same with similar heat levels? It’s delicious, don’t get me wrong, I was just curious.

They do in fact have different flavors. Source: I can taste the difference.

Red has tomato in it. Green has nuclear waste in it. Both delicious.

Red is good but I find it too tomato-forward. Caribbean is probably one of the greatest hot sauces I’ve ever tried, and that’s coming from someone that got into El Yuc by trying the XXXtra Hot.

I love the idea of mobile hot sauce, but I can’t help wondering how the heat might be affecting it while the car is sitting out in the sun…

Green is definitely more acidic and better on eggs and breakfast stuff. The red is just a good smother and cover on anything.

I always kept truck sauce when I lived in Texas. First winter living further north, I found out the hard way you can’t do that year-round just anywhere 🙂
