I’m Korean and I love cook.
And I’m not vegan.
I love pork I love beef I love chicken I love fish.
And also I’m not really interested in cooking korean food.
Because I was so used to it that I took it for granted.
But during I live in Australia(not Austria) and Hungary, I met some friends, who vegan and plan to travel in korea.
But I couldn’t recommendation anything for them. Because Korean spring seasonal veggies dishes are home food. Not for restaurant.
So If anyone interested of wild vegetable in korea I want to introduce it.
Thank you very much

I would love to know of any traditional Korean foods that don’t use animal products. I am an omnivore and love meat and fish sauces, but am curious, because I have not found any vegan Korean foods.
Yes definitely post! I can get seeds and grow a lot of the same veg in my garden, sometimes find them at Korean or Vietnamese markets too. But I don’t really have many creative ideas for them. (I’ve been making a lot of chrysanthemum leaves lately ,🤤 but it’s always the same way)
Korea is 70% mountainous, and since the mountains are not very high, people often go hiking for their morning exercise.
Restaurants are invariably found at the entrances of such mountains.
Foreigners who wish to eat only vegetables will be able to find the restaurants and food they are looking for at the entrance of any mountain across the country.
Yes!!!
