There is some white spots in the bottom of my peppers plants ? It’s brown and have some white spots is this normal ?

Also how much light do they need ? They are not growing as much ? How often do you water ?

    Those spots are where roots are supposed to be. But you don’t have enough soil in your seed cell for those roots to grow to support your seedling. You also don’t have enough light. Your seedling is too leggy. It’s stretching to find light. You water when the surface of the cell is dry. You don’t wait for all of the soil to get dry before watering.

    Put them in bigger pots. These cells are too small and don’t have enough soil.

    More soil and it also looks like your plant is stretching to reach the light, it shouldn’t be this tall with barely any leaves at the bottom at this stage
