First time making blueberry lemon! I used fresh blueberries as the recipe called for. Link to recipe below. I followed it exactly. I’m wondering if anyone has used freeze dried blueberries instead, and do you have a preference? Fresh blueberries just seem to burst and leave some gaping holes, though I think they’re very pretty!

    I had this happen to my loaf too. The coils pull the adjuncts to one side. How do we avoid this?

  2. That bread is perfect. That’s exactly what that should look like. Don’t use frozen, there’s way too much water in the frozen ones.

    Make french with that. My favorite thing.
