
First time making blueberry lemon! I used fresh blueberries as the recipe called for. Link to recipe below. I followed it exactly. Iβm wondering if anyone has used freeze dried blueberries instead, and do you have a preference? Fresh blueberries just seem to burst and leave some gaping holes, though I think theyβre very pretty!

I had this happen to my loaf too. The coils pull the adjuncts to one side. How do we avoid this?
I highly recommend freeze dried over fresh.

That bread is perfect. Thatβs exactly what that should look like. Donβt use frozen, thereβs way too much water in the frozen ones.
Make french with that. My favorite thing.
