I use this grinder for all of my needs,I usually use to grind for customers who want ground coffee but also use the same to make espresso. It grinds perfectly. It work like a horse.

This is inspiring to watch, building from what you have. The passion behind the cup is unbeatable. Keep pushing espresso forward in your own way. I would love to support your journey in some way to get a solid grinder or better machine.

  2. I would try to find a pressurized basket if an espresso grinder isnt available where you’re at.

Well, if you like the taste then you got all you need.

Just as side note: technically your grinder is not grinding the beans but breaks them by hitting them with the fast spinning blade. That results in an extremely uneven product with partiales of all different sizes together. Grinding is if you squeeze the beans past 2 rotating surfaces. That allows only one certain size to pass through and can be much finer.

But if you like the coffee then all is good.

Maybe experiment with different beans and different degrees of roasting them?

I appreciate this kind of gatekeeper bait! Coffee enthusiasts of reddit need a reminder that, for 99%of people, drinking a coffee doesn’t mean sitting in your billiard room with your pinky out, trying to decide if something has a cranberry, or apricot finish. For some people, it does, and that’s okay too.

I love it, Looks delicious. I used a blade grinder as well and it works fine. I had a pressurised basket.

Ngl bro the beans look like they were ground up well!

  7. Nice. most espresso fanatics would say this routine is all wrong, to bo honest – it is, but it proves that all our fancy gadgets are worth shit if we don’t enjoy it.

Such a refreshing post in all of these imaculate 2000€+ setups we see.
Cheers to all, expensive burrgrinding coffee makers and old school grinding guys!

I love this. Pretty awesome to be spreading coffee culture like this. Sorry for not knowing what it is like over there, but does your shop have an address, and is there an online retailer you can order supplies from? I think people would be interested in sending you some supplies.

  11. Shit, if it tastes good, then fuck it, it great

The duality of reddit. If a person from modern welfare state proudly posts a blender ground, pressurize basket shot from cheap machine they get downvoted to hell and all the coffee gurus are in the comment section to explain how everything is wrong. But when a person from Tanzania does the same he gets all the praise about how passionate and great they are.

Where do I buy that blender?

My current blender has too much tomato and paprika notes

  16. Kinda funny how suddenly everyone is so understanding and kind.
But if someone from Europe/america is happy with less with less he would get belittled and lectured.
