New Line of Pantry Staples Showcases the Culinary Terroirs of Paso Robles
March 26, 2026 (Paso Robles, CA) — Hope Family Wines today introduced Hope Provisions Co, a new line of curated foods personally developed by Owner-Winemaker Austin Hope—including estate-grown honey, olive oil and truffle products from the winery’s vineyard properties in Paso Robles on California’s Central Coast.

Each selection from Hope Provisions Co is an outgrowth of Hope’s fondness for sustainable farming, home cooking and unique wine pairings. Collectively, these foods expand the winery’s reach as a lifestyle brand while introducing patrons to the delectable terroirs of Paso Robles.
“We created Hope Provisions Co to showcase the culinary heritage and contemporary flavors of Paso Robles,” Hope said. “Paso Robles is a land of agriculture, food artisans and tastemakers, which creates a unique local food culture that we’re excited to celebrate and share through Hope Provisions Co.”
Hope Provisions Co is launching now with Estate Olive Oil grown at the original family vineyard in the Templeton Gap District; “Queen” Estate Honey, a raw wildflower honey; BBQ Rub, a proprietary blend crafted in collaboration with Phresh Foods in Paso Robles; and Finishing Salt, a flaky salt with browned grass-fed butter and real vanilla bean, also crafted with Phresh Foods.
Each of these products is now available at the Austin Hope & Treana Tasting Cellar and Hope on Park in downtown Paso Robles, as well as online at HopeFamilyWines.com.
This spring and summer, Hope Provision Co will also release an Estate Truffle Butter, made in collaboration with Stepladder Creamery from truffles harvested at the winery’s Tufera Farms estate, as well as a proprietary coffee roasted by Paso Robles Coffee Company. Additional foods, including new truffle products, are in the works.
More than Wine Grapes
Nearly 50 years ago, Austin Hope’s parents Chuck and Marlyn Hope began growing wine grapes and other crops in Paso Robles, launching a winemaking legacy that endures today. Hope Family Wines is now tapping deeper into its local farming roots with Hope Provisions Co, sourcing foods from honeybee hives, olive trees and truffle-bearing Holly Oak trees at its sustainably grown vineyard properties in Paso Robles.
Hope Provisions Co honey and olive oil come from the Hope family’s original estate in the Templeton Gap District, where honeybee hives are helping drive the winery’s commitment to regenerative organic farming. The impact of the bees extends beyond honey—they also enrich the ecosystem by pollinating beneficial plant life around the vineyard.
The truffles come from Tufera Farms, a recently acquired 328-acre vineyard and truffle orchard in the Creston District. Here, 10 acres of Holly Oak trees are already producing some of the largest truffles ever grown in the United States, yielding a delicacy that could only come from Paso Robles.
“While wine grapes predominate in Paso Robles, there’s a rich history of agriculture here that includes almonds, olives, apples, grains and other crops,” Hope said. “Truffles are part of a new wave of artisanal agriculture that is gaining ground here, and you will soon see our truffles not only packaged by Hope Provisions Co, but also featured in dishes at our finest local restaurants. The sky is the limit when it comes to Paso Robles food culture.”
