Brownies, cookies and ice cream all in one scoop? A new Blue Bell flavor just hit stores — but it won’t be around forever.
BRENHAM, Texas — Blue Bell is giving Texans a new reason to hit the freezer aisle.
The Brenham-based ice cream favorite just released a brand-new flavor called Brookie À La Mode, and yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like.
Think brownie. Think chocolate chip cookie. Now add ice cream.
The new flavor features brown sugar ice cream packed with chunks of chewy brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces in every bite.
“We enjoy finding new ways to top already delicious desserts,” a Blue Bell spokesperson said.
The new treat is available in half gallons and pints, but only for a limited time.
Blue Bell also rolled out a Honey Vanilla flavor in pint size, along with new high-protein “PRO” pints for those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth and their protein goals.
But let’s be honest, the real star here is the brookie.
Because if you’ve ever had to choose between a brownie or a cookie… now you don’t have to.
